DOUBLE FLANGED DOUBLE ECCENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVE – GEAR OPERATED

Double eccentric butterfly valves, also known as high-performance valves, have an off-center shaft positioned behind the seat’s sealing band. The resilient seat is securely clamped in the valve body for flexibility.

These valves feature a Double Offset design for minimal maintenance. The bearing cover allows worm gear removal without dewatering the pipeline. Seal replacement or repair can be done on-site with standard tools, eliminating the need for epoxy injections or specialized technicians.
